Established in 1974, T. Warren Investments, Inc. (TWI) is one of the most successful companies engaged in the business of financing, designing and building correctional facilities. Having provided interactive marketing solutions for Mr. Tommy G. Warren in his other business ventures, he engaged SKYLINE MOVEMENT when TWI needed a website.

SKYLINE MOVEMENT worked directly with owner, Tommy G. Warren, and controller, Maureen McNamara, to successfully deliver a suite of creative marketing solutions.

Branding
To condense 36 years of experience into a six page website required extensive research and creative copywriting. S.M. conducted extensive research on TWI’s portfolio of completed projects, media coverage, testimonials and the industry as a whole. This investment of time and energy positively influenced the Branding elements of the Creative Marketing Services we successfully delivered.

Logo Design
TWI’s corporate identity had been long established using a stylized globe and the tagline, “A World of Vision”. S.M. created a more up-to-date version of the stylized globe and tagline. The new TWI Logo was incorporated into the print and digital solutions we delivered.

Print Design
S.M. provided Print Design services for TWI that included personalized business cards, letterhead and envelopes.

Website Consulting
Although T. Warren Investments had been in business for 36 years and had been involved with over 40 successfully completed correctional facilities, they never had a website. The website needed to convey the vast amount experience TWI possessed, yet be simple and concise. Our recommendations during the Website Consulting phase were the basis for the Website Design and Website Development services we successfully delivered.

Website Design
S.M. designed a custom website with a unique look and feel that compliment TWI's core areas of operation. We used a clean, white background with blue and black as accent colors. For the TWI homepage we incorporated a vertical pan of an artistic rendering for one of their completed projects. On the interior pages we incorporated architectural drawings of commercial structures as a design element in the background.

Website Development
S.M. developed the new TWI website to have broad browser compatibility.

Website Management
S.M. continues to provide Website Management services for TWI on an as needed basis.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
The amount of monthly global searches for “Correctional Facility Contractors” is very small, but inbound lead could potentially result in securing a $100 Million+ contract. S.M. designed, developed and deployed an SEO strategy that has obtained top first page organic rankings for the search term, “Correctional Facility Contractors”.

Copywriting
S.M. went through an extensive research process of reviewing TWI's 36 year history and accomplishments to write the first drafts of copy for their new website. We worked directly Mr. Warren & Mrs. McNamara to edit and refine language that was published.

Hosting
S.M. continues to host the T. Warren Investments website and Email accounts with a 99.9% uptime.
